What rights do we really have? To a fair trail, jury trial, apartial trial by our peers?

Not in the Federal court system. Not when any federal buracracy wants to imprison you, close your business down . No just cause is needed.. How can you legally defend such attack? Not just from ATF but from IRS ,OSHA, or any Federal agency . Almost to the point that any Federal agent on his own without direction from any higher authority can entrap anyone into criminal or civil court , forcing him into huge legal peril and costs. Less than 2% of those forced into federal court are exonnerated. Even then ,legal costs are devestating.

The following information true, supported by case law, newspaper accounts, court records, apartial witnesses, police officers, letters from lawyers to the court and can not be written off as a ficticious conspiracy. The Ammo Dump was opened in 1990 specializing in police supplies, special weapons systems , and extreme accuracy rifles.

In 1995 Ammo Dump was expanded and opened the Southwest Tactical Training Range on Highway 6 in Houston.

It had been a regular gun range for 18 years . When the owner deceased and the range closed we decieded to open an police range to accommodate many small police depts. in the area who did not have a training facility. In addition we offered the conceal carry course and defense training to qualified individuals.
